Lead a team of analytics professionals in conducting analyses to drive company growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing, sales growth, client retention, debt consolidation, and customer lifetime value. Communicate results and recommendations to senior executives. Ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background and 5-10 years of experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
