Support voter engagement and turnout in Central Valley by planning and running text/phone banks, canvasses, and events; recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; manage logistics (venues, AV, registration), accessibility services, and travel; track and report outreach data in EveryAction; support ballot and voter education, candidate forums, and other advocacy activities. Manage and grow a portfolio of open access journals by developing and executing annual development plans, hitting submission/publication targets, improving author and editor engagement, resolving publication issues, using data to inform decisions, negotiating contracts and budgets, and monitoring market intelligence to drive business development and stakeholder collaboration.

Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training programs across restaurants and leadership initiatives. Manage training logistics, calendars, materials, attendance, communications, HR records in Paylocity, and assist with travel and on-site facilitation to ensure smooth program execution and compliance.

Assist the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities, support student learning, and maintain communication with students and families. Participate in staff development and adhere to school protocols.

Lead strategy, operations, and growth of the employee referral ecosystem. Build workflows, incentives, marketing, analytics, and integrations to increase referral volume, quality, and conversion while ensuring program integrity, exceptional candidate/referrer experience, and executive reporting.

Assist the CFO with full-cycle general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit and tax preparation, order-to-cash and treasury support, sales and use tax filings, and international accounting including intercompany consolidation, transfer pricing, VAT, and FX reporting. Maintain ERP reporting and Excel-based analyses.
