Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Endor Labs’ R&D organization, with emphasis on engineering, infrastructure, security research, and product roles. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring leaders, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, negotiate offers, and improve interview and diversity-sourcing processes. This is a six-month contract-to-hire role requiring strong technical sourcing expertise and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Lead financial projections, scenario planning, cost and profitability analysis, break-even assessments, payroll and workforce cost management, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities. Own and evolve Voltus’s infrastructure platform, including Kubernetes and Nomad workloads, AWS architecture, identity and secrets, stateful systems, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Lead business-critical migrations with minimal downtime, establish reliable deployment and rollback practices, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and build secure infrastructure supporting AI-assisted development.

Supports Enterprise Account Executives in a remote inside-sales capacity by managing small and medium business or multilocation accounts. Responsibilities include outbound calling, account upgrades, lead follow-up, appointment setting, quote generation, order processing, customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing sales. The role requires shipping or mailing industry experience, contract knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong client communication skills.

Works with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities, analyze trends, and support business decisions. Designs data models, machine-learning algorithms, and predictive analytics models; preprocesses structured and unstructured data; identifies data sources and automates collection; analyzes large datasets for patterns; and presents insights through data visualization.

Provides Level 2 technical support through phone, chat, and ticketing channels. Troubleshoots complex workstation, server, cloud-hosted virtual environment, email security, and access issues; documents resolutions; maintains knowledge base content; and escalates incidents appropriately. Mentors Level 1 technicians, supports customer satisfaction, contributes root-cause analysis, follows service delivery procedures, and completes required training and performance objectives.
