As a Commercial Lines Operations Associate, you will initiate changes and issue accurate insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service to customers and business partners. You'll collaborate with internal teams, learn about commercial lines insurance products, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Manage sales reps to hit sales quotas, train salespeople, shadow calls for training, and handle 3rd party touch sales calls. Must have 3+ years experience as a sales manager, managed at least 10 sales closers, and sold intangible services. Local to Philadelphia preferred.

The Underwriting Trainee will participate in an extensive training program focused on risk assessment, pricing, and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage requests, pricing business, complying with guidelines, and developing relationships with agents and brokers.
