Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the performance and security of computer systems and networks.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Good understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
