Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of computer systems and networks.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Expertise in managing Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Good understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
