Provide field insights for product direction and create scalable technical content.

Maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with SDRs, marketing, partner success, and implementation teams, and build relationships with church leaders. The role requires visiting 30–40 churches monthly and supporting the full sales lifecycle.

Leads exposure management and vulnerability management across cloud, hybrid, SaaS, applications, APIs, certificates, domains, and shadow IT. Identifies, validates, prioritizes, and reports vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, leaked data, and other cybersecurity risks. Designs and implements security solutions, supports remediation and penetration testing, integrates threat intelligence, advises on security architecture, and mentors team members. Requires advanced cybersecurity expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of security frameworks and technologies.

Coordinates HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, offboarding, open enrollment, and performance management. Maintains accurate employee data in HR systems, supports team members and managers, develops process documentation, resolves issues, and identifies workflow improvements. Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders on HR programs, acquisitions, integrations, system enhancements, and organizational initiatives.

Processes fraud and non-fraud cardholder disputes, researches transaction documentation, validates claims, submits chargebacks, recovers funds, mitigates losses, and follows card-network and regulatory requirements. The role requires accurate, confidential case handling, sound judgment, strong communication, and effective performance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Supports the organization’s regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs by monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance risk assessments, coordinating audits and examinations, performing independent testing, validating corrective actions, and preparing management reports. The role develops testing plans, maintains risk assessment methodologies, collaborates with subject matter experts and risk owners, tracks remediation activities, and contributes to continuous improvement in enterprise compliance risk management.
