Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a full-stack platform and production AI systems (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows). Ship user-facing features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Set technical direction, tooling, and engineering practices while partnering with product and program teams.

Manages relationships with Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party. Maintains regular partner communication, promotes membership benefits, gathers and communicates feedback, discusses analytics, supports data-sharing agreement and data warehouse onboarding, and assists with related events. The role requires healthcare investigations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, customer liaison expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules.

Support the expansion of Pergolux showrooms across Germany by evaluating locations, researching markets and competitors, building business cases and financial models, progressing opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, and creating scorecards, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools. Capture lessons from early showroom results and customer feedback to improve future expansion decisions.

Design end-to-end product features for data-dense dashboards, reports, newsletters, and API developer experiences.
