Oversee affordable housing compliance across a portfolio: ensure regulatory adherence, prepare for audits, mentor compliance staff, support operations and clients, maintain compliance trackers and reporting, and resolve complex compliance issues.

Create and apply brand assets and campaign materials for NPR podcasts and editorial properties. Work with senior designers and copywriters to build logos, key art, social templates, digital ads, and campaign systems. Prepare month-end financials, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial/operational analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and maintain financial models. Collaborate with accounting on close tasks, reconcile bank activity, manage vendor bills in Bill.com, and ensure data integrity across Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and reporting outputs. Identify reporting improvements and use AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Lead QA strategy and execution for projects: analyze requirements, estimate QA effort, design and maintain automated tests (API and UI), run functional/regression/integration tests, track and triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, improve QA processes, mentor or coach staff, and support release readiness.

Serve as the RIA compliance subject matter expert partnering with business teams to review marketing, product, and member communications; manage IAR registrations, OBAs, ADV filings; build policies and procedures; handle member compliance issues; and support governance of proprietary and AI-driven tools.

Make a high volume of outbound calls using automated dialers to industry professionals, handle objections, generate and qualify leads for clients, log each interaction accurately, and meet performance targets. Full-time Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM CT; remote eligible in specified US states. Compensation: $31,200–$33,280 base plus performance incentives.

Lead the design and build-out of Harbor's global compliance function: create governance, policies, controls, and operating processes; lead investigations, whistleblower management, training, risk assessments, reporting, and M&A compliance integration; partner with senior leaders and external advisors to scale compliance across jurisdictions and support growth.
