Lead definition, design, simulation, layout, and testing of photonic integrated circuits on a heterogeneous silicon–III/V platform. Map customer requirements to the platform, coordinate packaging and fabrication, define test plans, analyze data, and prioritize PDK components to deliver market-ready PIC products.

Design and optimize mechanical architectures for motors and actuators, perform structural and tolerance analyses, drive DFM/A for high-volume production, create CAD models and GD&T drawings, collaborate across teams, support prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure manufacturability and durability at scale.

Maintain and evolve the Termius Desktop app using React and TypeScript. Investigate sync, data integrity, local state, connectivity, and performance issues. Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team across full-stack, data engineering, and BI. Own people management, technical direction (C#/.NET, SQL, Vue 3, Power BI), data pipeline reliability, roadmap delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering best practices to improve velocity, quality, and health outcomes.
