Manage a portfolio of ~100-125 major gift prospects in the Northeast, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $100,000+. Collaborate with developers, participate in on-call support, and use Rust, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tools.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and account growth within a defined territory. Prospect, build pipeline, close deals, and expand existing accounts while collaborating with sales engineers, channel partners, and technology alliances. Lead discovery, proposals, and value-based positioning of Cohesity data security and resilience solutions. Maintain forecasting, share customer insights, and support quarterly performance goals.

Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of managed services clients. Lead onboarding, implementation, education, issue escalation, proactive engagement, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Monitor account health, usage, satisfaction, revenue, and costs while maintaining customer records and producing health reports. Translate client feedback into service improvements, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with internal delivery, account, CRM, and project management teams.

Lead Enformion’s channel sales and strategic partnership program across the United States. Manage reseller relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop new partnerships, negotiate and originate channel deals, oversee onboarding and renewals, deliver QBRs, monitor partner health, and achieve revenue quotas. The role combines partner strategy, account management, sales execution, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Accounting, and Engineering.

Supports sales leadership and business development by improving sales processes, coordinating meetings, managing proposal timelines, tracking KPIs, reviewing proposals and contracts, and enhancing Salesforce reporting and process administration. The role partners cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, proposal quality, and sales performance while managing multiple priorities.

Build and maintain AWS-based DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and Infrastructure as Code. Improve observability, resilience, security, compliance, and scalability through monitoring, vulnerability management, system hardening, and performance testing. Collaborate with development teams to resolve outages, contribute to architecture and software development, review code, document systems, mentor engineers, and participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call support.
