Provides executive administrative support to a Regional Senior Vice President and Director in National Accounts. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, event and travel logistics, document preparation, SharePoint administration, supplies and budget management, expense reconciliation, onboarding and departures, department inquiries, and process improvement. Build consumer and B2B audiences, develop platform-native content, support campaigns and launches, drive thought leadership, steward sensitive brand messaging, and use analytics to optimize performance. The role also directs creative collaboration, tests content approaches, leverages AI tools, tracks engagement and audience growth, and reports results.
