Manage the full sales cycle for HiBob’s SMB segment, from prospecting and pipeline generation through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Build relationships with decision-makers, generate 40–50% of pipeline through outbound activity, forecast accurately, meet revenue targets, and maintain sales data in Salesforce. Attend industry events and network with influencers, consultants, and partners.

Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

Secure CrowdStrike’s software supply chain and code-hosting environments by assessing GitHub organizations, open-source integrations, repositories, dependencies, and third-party packages. Implement repository guardrails, secret scanning, access controls, and automation; investigate supply-chain threats such as typosquatting and dependency confusion; promote secure coding and open-source compliance; and collaborate with engineering teams on security initiatives.
