The Technical Specialist [Resource Optimization Officer] will provide technical assistance to QA/QI institutions in Cambodia, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the development and implementation of health information systems and capacity-building initiatives. Responsibilities also include work plan implementation, reporting, and conducting research activities for effective resource allocation in healthcare.
