Seeking experienced Designers to join our community of AEC professionals and work on residential projects in California. Responsibilities include due diligence, creating design drawings, obtaining permits, and troubleshooting design changes. Minimum 3 years of design experience required. Must have extensive experience in California and working with building codes. Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and knowledge of Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
