Lead hands-on administration of IAM systems (Okta, AD, M365), build and maintain integrations with endpoint and security tooling, own device trust and conditional access, support audits (SOC 2/FedRAMP), troubleshoot escalated identity issues, and document configurations while providing broader senior systems administration support.

Designs and delivers AppGate ZTNA solutions by leading technical engagements, POCs, demos, and deployments. Provides technical escalation, customer training, and feedback to prioritize product enhancements while ensuring secure, repeatable, auditable automation and integration into cloud and CI/CD environments.

Lead positioning and go-to-market for exposure management: translate technical findings into buyer narratives, run flagship research, create content and campaigns, enable sales and partners, build case studies, and drive ABM demand to generate pipeline.

Review software releases and open-source components for security, licensing, and compliance. Provide first-line license triage, route complex cases to the Open Source Review Board, mentor developers on SDLC and licensing requirements, host office hours, and coordinate with security, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure timely, policy-aligned software delivery.
