Partner with sales as the technical lead across pre- and post-sales: deliver demos and POCs, scope integrations, manage implementations and onboarding, create training and documentation, gather client feedback for product, and collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion for FinTech/RegTech customers.

Provide technical pre-sales support for Dynatrace: deliver demos, run and manage onsite/remote POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, engage C-suite, partner with sales and channel teams, gather customer feedback for product management, and travel to customer sites (up to 30%).

Provide pre-sales technical advisory and solution engineering for healthcare accounts: discover customer requirements, present SailPoint value, deliver product demonstrations and POVs, contribute to RFP responses, and feedback product management while partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

Partner with sales to lead technical evaluations for enterprise prospects: run demos, proofs-of-concept, architecture and security reviews, and drive deployments. Advise stakeholders from data teams to C-level, inform product roadmap with prospect feedback, create demo content, and occasionally travel for on-site demos and events.

Serve as strategic technical counterpart to assigned partners, driving pre-sales technical discovery, solution architecture, proofs-of-concept, and AI-first co-innovation. Advise on partner growth and go-to-market plans, translate platform capabilities into repeatable partner offerings, support value engineering and executive conversations, and coordinate internal specialists to accelerate partner-led engagements. Role includes technical escalation support and up to 50% travel.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform's value for customers.

Lead technical sales cycles for enterprise AI agent deployments: discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and technical close. Advise on agentic stacks (Databricks, Snowflake), design POVs with success criteria, build technical champions, run architecture reviews, and align technical strategy with commercial goals to drive revenue growth.

Drive technical pre-sales with Account Executives: lead discovery, design tailored CDP solutions, deliver demos and proofs-of-concept, advise on architecture and streaming/data ecosystem adoption, and translate customer feedback into product and adoption initiatives.
