Designs and implements a compliant identity ecosystem across cloud, on-premises, and mission systems. Responsibilities include Zero Trust architecture, IAM/IGA lifecycle automation, PAM, export-control enforcement, FIPS-validated cryptography, NIST alignment, threat mitigation using MITRE ATT&CK, and identity telemetry integration. Partners with incident response teams and stakeholders while managing project progress and agile delivery.

Designs, implements, and manages enterprise Microsoft security controls across Microsoft 365, Purview, Azure, Intune, Defender, Power Platform, and Windows environments. Responsibilities include security architecture, data protection, identity controls, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, incident response, integrations with security platforms, compliance support, documentation, dashboards, enterprise deployments, and mentoring engineers.

Leads enterprise AI and data governance, including AI allowlist management, data classification, DSPM/DLP requirements and validation, data-flow tracking, privacy assessments, vendor risk reviews, and policy evolution. Partners with Legal, Security, and Engineering to implement privacy-by-design and align governance with GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.

Designs and builds customer and partner identity solutions using Ping Identity products and AWS. Develops authentication, authorization, federation, MFA, adaptive authentication, and token-exchange capabilities. Integrates applications with CIAM platforms, supports cloud-native identity services using Lambda and Terraform, and partners with engineering and security teams on architecture and best practices. Provides senior technical guidance while remaining hands-on.

Develop secure cloud software and unit tests, build security capabilities and end-to-end systems, and apply secure design principles such as least privilege and defense in depth. The role requires expertise in cloud security architecture, identity and access management, network security, cryptography, PKI, vulnerability management, threat modeling, application security testing, incident response, monitoring, and security documentation.

Designs and improves cybersecurity solutions protecting AI infrastructure, cloud applications, data, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include building AI-assisted development tools, implementing guardrails and security controls, monitoring logs, investigating and responding to incidents, identifying vulnerabilities, and advising internal teams and partners. The role requires advanced AWS, infrastructure-as-code, SDLC, CI/CD, scripting, and cybersecurity expertise, with experience in regulated environments preferred. Occasional travel and on-call availability are required.
