Drive retail sales growth across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and e-commerce by achieving sales targets, planning area/distributor strategies, managing distributor and freezer governance, executing secondary sales and promotions, monitoring sales performance, and training/aligning field staff and distributors to ensure availability, visibility and billing efficiency.

The Category Manager will manage customer relationships, provide analytics support, develop strategies for category growth, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve McCain's business objectives.

Lead high-priority grocery accounts and broker partners to drive profitable growth across branded and private-label potato and appetizer portfolios. Build and execute joint business plans, forecasts, promotions, and KPI scorecards; manage broker performance, budgets, deductions, and forecasting; collaborate cross-functionally to meet annual operating plans and deliver sales targets.

Lead development and execution of McCain's business plans with Sysco to drive volume, net sales, and KPIs. Align cross-functional teams, manage broker relationships, activate growth strategies, control trade spend and budgets, support field sales to identify opportunities, and represent McCain in corporate and market initiatives across a large territory.

Provide analytical support to retail customer teams: build and maintain reports (MTD vs forecast, AOC, consumption, promotions), monitor scorecards, coordinate with demand planning, support JBP/AOC and fiscal planning, act as trade-planning super-user, prepare business reviews, identify performance improvement opportunities, and handle ad hoc requests.
