About the role.
The Senior Director, Revenue & Portfolio Management will lead the development and advancement of McCain's global revenue management capability, a critical component of the company's growth transformation strategy. This role drives profitable growth through the application of key commercial levers including pricing strategy, product pricing and portfolio management, trade optimization, customer pricing, sales strategy and execution, freight and logistics, and commercial governance.
As a strategic leader, you will identify value creation opportunities, develop business cases, leverage advanced analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformative commercial strategies. This role will influence global stakeholders, drive change management initiatives, and establish best practices that strengthen McCain's competitive position across Foodservice, QSR, and Retail channels.
What you'll be doing.
  • Lead the development and execution of McCain's global revenue management strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies that align regional commercial objectives with channel and customer segment opportunities.
  • Serve as the global lead for pricing deep-dives, identifying value leakage across commercial processes and driving corrective actions.
  • Partner with regional business units to optimize pricing and promotional strategies across QSR, Foodservice, and Retail channels.
  • Evaluate competitor pricing, promotional activities, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage price-pack architecture based on consumer, customer, and product dynamics.
  • Design and implement trade investment strategies based on customer value, performance, and commercial objectives.
  • Lead trade analytics initiatives to assess spend effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize return on investment.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and collaborate with business leaders to maintain a streamlined and profitable product portfolio while preventing SKU proliferation.
  • Drive organizational capability building, change management, and adoption of revenue management best practices across global teams.
  • Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, opportunities, and program outcomes.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and insights to develop business cases and support strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience across Sales, Commercial, Finance, or related business functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Excellence, ideally within Foodservice, QSR, and Retail environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic pricing, revenue growth management, and portfolio optimization.
  • Extensive program and project management experience leading complex, global, matrixed initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven success driving change management and organizational capability building.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience working within global organizations and navigating complex business environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of identifying and implementing innovative growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing teams and leaders across multiple functions and geographies.

The Revenue & Portfolio Management team partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Business Units to drive profitable growth across McCain's global business. This team serves as a center of expertise for pricing, trade investment, portfolio optimization, and commercial strategy, collaborating with leaders worldwide to identify opportunities, improve performance, and establish best practices that strengthen McCain's competitive advantage.

Compensation Package : $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility + Long-term incentive eligibility
