The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for understanding business problems, performing data analysis, developing prediction and optimization models, communicating results to both technical and non-technical audiences, maintaining backend models, and coaching data scientists. They must have a MS degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in data analysis. Strong knowledge of data mining, machine learning, statistics, and forecasting models is required.
