Leads Birmingham Promise’s Data & Impact function by establishing organization-wide data strategy, KPIs, governance, infrastructure, evaluation practices, and reporting. Builds and manages the data team, oversees Salesforce and analytics systems, leads research partnerships, and translates data into actionable insights for executives, the Board, funders, and program teams. The role also manages vendors, supports grant reporting, strengthens data quality, and develops scalable systems for measuring student and economic mobility outcomes.

Performs geospatial data processing, spatial analysis, data collection, QA/QC, mapping, and geodatabase development. The role supports hydrographic extraction, contour generation, topology correction, workflow automation, and web-based cartographic products. The GIS Analyst translates client requirements into technical workflows, validates spatial and tabular datasets, documents methodologies, and collaborates with project teams and customers to deliver reliable geospatial information.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise Big Data and data lake architecture for District-wide government systems. Work with databases, electronic records, and computer applications in a full-time hybrid or remote environment.

Manage, integrate, and maintain firm-wide datasets; establish data standards and quality controls; build dashboards and reports; support systems integration (HR, ERP/ERM, BIM, PM tools); automate workflows; and collaborate across HR, Finance, Sustainability, BD, IT, and Communications to improve accessibility and decision-making.

Analyzes, cleans, transforms, and models operational data; supports enterprise data migrations and builds Databricks Silver tables. Partners with engineering teams on data modeling and quality, conducts exploratory analysis, and develops dashboards and visualizations. Leads RK’s reporting and analytics strategy, delivery, governance, and Citizen BI program. Designs and develops Power BI, SQL Azure, Microsoft Fabric, semantic model, and data platform solutions; translates stakeholder needs into scalable implementations; mentors developers; establishes standards, training, security, and data quality practices; and presents technical recommendations to executive and non-technical audiences. The role is hands-on, owning initiatives from discovery through deployment and adoption while partnering with the Senior Reporting Architect.
