Provide frontline IT help-desk support by answering tickets and calls, troubleshooting hardware and software (remote and onsite), managing user accounts, using Intune for PC deployments, replacing faulty or leased assets, recording tickets, handling warranties, and escalating complex issues to tier-two support.

Provide IT support and network administration: install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware/software; maintain LAN/MAN/WAN and OS environments; manage web-hosting and virtual meeting platforms; ensure IT acquisitions comply with state/federal policies; track IT projects and inventories; provide user training and technical guidance; serve as primary liaison for agency and public IT matters.

Provide high-level administrative support to IT leadership including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and minutes, project tracking, recruiting support, timecard/PTO processing, reporting, inventory and purchase request preparation, and other day-to-day IT departmental operations to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Provide second-level end-user support for hardware and software, respond to service desk tickets, assist with deployments, troubleshooting, PC replacements, backups, and participate in IT projects with emphasis on white-glove executive support.
