Withum is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support the team in our Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; or Princeton, NJ office. This is a full-time position based in the office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
    • Provide assistance to users experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, or chat.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer, application, and system issues, ensuring timely responses to user inquiries.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided within a ticketing system.
  • Escalation
    • Identify issues that cannot be resolved at the first level and escalate them to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
  • User Training
    • Educate users on basic technical procedures and best practices to improve their understanding and efficient use of technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge
    • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard business software applications.
  • Customer Service Orientation
    • Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful demeanor to effectively assist users and address their concerns.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    • Ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
  • Experience
    • Typically requires 0–2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or similar technical support role.
  • Certifications (Preferred not required).
    • Certifications in one or more of the following (Microsoft, Kaseya, Cisco, Sonicwall, or other relevant technologies)
  • Location, Travel and Compensation.
    • This position may require onsite support at client offices. The candidate must have reliable transportation and be available for travel when needed.
    • Expectation is in office 5 days per week

The compensation for this position is $40,000-$50,000 plus overtime. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
