Lead commercial sales activities for Japan JOEM accounts for ADAS technology. Build customer relationships, manage accounts, pricing and forecasting, drive sales growth, mentor customer-facing teams, present updates to management, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Manage OEM/Tier1 customer accounts for exterior automotive products: set and execute sales targets, acquire new projects, maintain sales database, negotiate pricing and contracts, support project teams, handle customer claims, and monitor customer satisfaction across serial production and aftermarket.

Manage customer portals and orders, update sales and material prices in SAP, support invoicing and prepare commercial offers, liaise with sales/finance/operations, maintain client relationships, ensure data accuracy, report activities, and assist market and price trend analysis.

Support sales teams by maintaining and reconciling sales tools (GSD, MPM, Ironclad, ERP), preparing and analyzing forecasts and reports, tracking vehicle volumes, pricing, product take rates, LTAs, sourcing opportunities, and market/competitor updates. Attend sales meetings, support MPM process, and provide key indicators and data-driven insights to improve sales reporting and forecasting accuracy.

Lead and execute Magna Steyr China sales activities: manage key OEM accounts, develop new customers, coordinate quotations and negotiations, meet sales targets, maintain market share, ensure timely payments, and manage sales database and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and process customer inquiries, calculate quotes, align internally and with customers, prepare offers and negotiate prices, manage commercial and technical negotiations, handle claims, maintain pricing in systems, execute change management, and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Manage commercial activities for automotive clients: interface with OEMs, use OEM portals (Covisint, SupplyPower), prepare quotations and price lists, negotiate and enforce contracts, track deliveries and KPIs/scorecards, perform cost and margin analysis, and use CRM and advanced Excel for reporting. Communicate in intermediate-advanced English.
