Coordinates automotive customer quoting activities, including RFQs, proposals, pricing, purchase orders, contracts, capacity studies, tooling, engineering changes, and customer portal updates. Maintains financial and quotation databases, supports Ford, Stellantis, Toyota, and GM programs, prepares alternate and VA/VE proposals, resolves financial issues, and collaborates with finance, engineering, and program teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, ethical, CTPAT/PIP, IATF 16949, and continuous improvement requirements.

Lead commercial and business development activities for Karmax/Cosma: pursue RFQs, develop timely costed quotes, manage commercial team and cross-functional teams, liaise with purchasing/finance/engineering, resolve customer issues, drive margin growth, support business planning, and ensure adherence to safety, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards.

Manage commercial activities for automotive clients: interface with OEMs, use OEM portals (Covisint, SupplyPower), prepare quotations and price lists, negotiate and enforce contracts, track deliveries and KPIs/scorecards, perform cost and margin analysis, and use CRM and advanced Excel for reporting. Communicate in intermediate-advanced English.

Manage customer contacts and inquiries; prepare offers and update sales data for budgeting; coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery; forward customer information internally; support account and sales managers in customer maintenance, acquisition, and pricing implementation.
