Leads regional business development for Magna Exteriors across Europe. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business, analyzing markets and competitors, developing business cases and growth strategies, managing OEM and supplier relationships, supporting product commercialization, coordinating RFQs and quotations, and assisting with M&A and greenfield or brownfield planning. Requires strong automotive commercial acumen, analytical ability, communication skills, and cross-functional leadership.

Manage quotation and pricing activities, maintain pricing and sales data in ERP and customer portals, prepare customer quote responses and presentations, reconcile tooling and capital submissions, track financial issues, support contract administration, read MRP/BOMs, coordinate customer visits and internal communication, and travel within Canada and the USA.

Develops complex cost estimates and customer quotations for automotive manufacturing proposals. Coordinates input from engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and other departments; analyzes historical and actual costs; prepares quote reviews and presentations; maintains pricing, contracts, certifications, and change-management records; supports customer audits, negotiations, value engineering, and manufacturing process improvements. The role also ensures safety compliance, accurate documentation, deadline management, and customer communication.

Supports Account Managers with customer pricing, RFQs, forecasts, prototype order tracking, invoice follow-up, and sales administration. Maintains Baan contracts, customer pricing, purchase-order records, reporting, and documentation while coordinating with Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Logistics, Program Management, and customers. Resolves pricing and customer disputes, supports continuous improvement projects, audits pricing integrity, and assists with cross-functional project completion.

Manage sales activities and daily business for existing and prospective automotive OEM customers in China. Lead quotations and negotiations, develop customer and sales strategies, achieve sales targets, secure new orders, maintain customer relationships, support timely payments, monitor market share, and manage the sales database. The role requires automotive industry experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and preferably an engineering or project management background.

Manage automotive customer accounts across target pursuit, development, and production phases. Lead quoting, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, customer deliverables, purchase-order authorization, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with divisions, suppliers, and global teams. Identify sales opportunities, support business awards, maintain customer relationships, and ensure program timing and expectations are met.

Manage business development and strategic customer relationships for Magna’s automotive OEM accounts. Identify customer needs, upcoming RFQs, sourcing opportunities, and new energy vehicle programs. Coordinate commercial and pricing strategies, cross-group alignment, technology discussions, legal agreements, and quotation preparation across Magna’s business groups. Support new business generation, customer engagement, opportunity analysis, and stakeholder alignment across China. Requires strong sales, negotiation, data analysis, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Manage OEM/Tier1 customer accounts for exterior automotive products: set and execute sales targets, acquire new projects, maintain sales database, negotiate pricing and contracts, support project teams, handle customer claims, and monitor customer satisfaction across serial production and aftermarket.

Coordinates automotive customer quoting activities, including RFQs, proposals, pricing, purchase orders, contracts, capacity studies, tooling, engineering changes, and customer portal updates. Maintains financial and quotation databases, supports Ford, Stellantis, Toyota, and GM programs, prepares alternate and VA/VE proposals, resolves financial issues, and collaborates with finance, engineering, and program teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, ethical, CTPAT/PIP, IATF 16949, and continuous improvement requirements.

Coordinate and process customer inquiries, calculate quotes, align internally and with customers, prepare offers and negotiate prices, manage commercial and technical negotiations, handle claims, maintain pricing in systems, execute change management, and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
