Partners with regional teams and creative agencies to activate campaigns consistently across markets, stewards visual identity and brand governance, and supports reputation management. The role also leads, coaches, and develops a global marketing team while leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.

Develop and deliver internal communications across Australia and New Zealand, including business updates, culture campaigns, employee storytelling, change initiatives, DEI and sustainability communications. Partner with leaders, HR and global teams; advise stakeholders; create content for multiple channels; and lead region-wide town halls aligned with business priorities and McCain’s 2030 strategy.
