This is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover contract.
What you'll be doing.
  • Develop and deliver engaging internal communications across all sites throughout ANZ
  • Create communication plans and content that support employee engagement, culture and business performance
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders from all business functions to communicate key business initiatives and organisational updates
  • Develop communications that support organisational change, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainability and employee engagement programs
  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of region-wide town halls, ensuring compelling content, seamless execution and alignment with business priorities Leverage a range of communication channels including written content, presentations, virtual platforms and in-person events
  • Collaborate with global, regional and HR teams to deliver integrated communication initiatives
  • Provide communication advice and support to leaders across the business
  • Build content that helps employees understand and connect with McCain's 2030 strategy.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Degree qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related discipline
  • At least 7+ years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field
  • Exceptional written communication, editing and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing communication plans across multiple sites and content for a variety of channels and audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to simplify complex information and create engaging communications
  • Confidence influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Strongly desirable: Experience using CRM platforms such as Poppulo, Mailchimp and Campaign monitor.

Reporting to the ANZ HR Director, you'll work with leaders and teams across Australia and New Zealand to bring important business stories, people initiatives and cultural moments to life. This role plays a critical part in ensuring communication across our sites and platforms is clear, consistent and connected to our purpose and values.
