Provides technical leadership for benefits enrollment technology initiatives, including partner assessments, group benefits integrations, platform-fit evaluations, testing schedules, production approvals, and implementation delivery. Manages relationships with enrollment technology partners, presents recommendations to steering committees, identifies technical capabilities and limitations, and serves as an internal subject matter expert supporting cross-functional business and IT teams.

Supports long-term care insurance inforce management initiatives, including rate certifications, repricing, dividend analysis, illustration testing, and rate increases. Develops compliant modeling documentation, performs data analysis and financial modeling, collaborates with valuation, pricing, claims, legal, compliance, and external partners, and drives process improvement and automation.

Advises leaders and stakeholders on strategic, executive, internal, and change communications. Develops communication strategies, plans, messaging, presentations, FAQs, guides, videos, and town hall materials across multiple channels. Partners with change management and project teams to support organizational adoption, manages communication calendars, ensures quality and accessibility standards, and uses engagement metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness. The role also leverages AI-enabled tools and emerging practices to enhance communication productivity and impact.

Summer actuarial intern completes analytical projects supporting pricing and valuation, participates in simulations and Excel/VBA training, receives mentorship, networks with senior actuaries, and may receive a full-time offer upon graduation. Own and transform MassMutual’s investment FP&A forecasting operating model across planning, production, governance, and continuous improvement. Lead the business side of Anaplan reimplementation and other platform transformations, translating business needs into requirements, future-state workflows, and UAT. Establish scalable processes, data governance, controls, and clear ownership while partnering with Finance, Investment Management, data, and systems leaders. Develop repeatable workflows and organizational capability that enable reliable forecasting and executive-ready insight.
