Designs, builds, and supports Power Platform and AI solutions (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Copilot) and Power BI reports. Connects and transforms data from CRM/ERP/PSA systems, implements security and governance, troubleshoots performance and refresh issues, and supports testing, training, and documentation for client and managed-service engagements.

Lead customer analytics to inform acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Build segments, maintain BI dashboards, track marketing KPIs and A/B tests, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into marketing and product strategies.

Support audits and contractual reporting, track owner compliance and enforcement actions, and manage suspension and appeals processes. Automate reporting, document metric definitions, and provide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership.

Lead and grow a client-facing analytics team to transform measurement from reporting to strategic advisory. Define measurement strategy, develop scalable frameworks, advise executives, drive vertical analytics, partner with Product and Data teams, and embed AI to improve insight generation and operational efficiency.

Lead data management and digitalization for construction projects: define data policies, administer DocSite/SharePoint and Procore, build Power BI dashboards, integrate Procore via API, train staff, coordinate cross-team digital workflows, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and analytics.

Lead business intelligence and growth for Transactions & Strategic Situations: develop growth strategy, build analytics and BI solutions, create BD and marketing assets, advise leadership, coordinate initiatives, and leverage AI and emerging tech to drive revenue and operational discipline.

Design, build, and operate the credit fund's end-to-end data and automation stack. Implement deal workflow, ingest borrower financials and payment telemetry, develop Python credit scoring and forecasting models, ship audit-grade investor and borrower dashboards, enforce security and auditability, and move into portfolio monitoring and underwriting while presenting results to LPs and borrowers.

Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and systems; own data architecture, data quality, SLAs, query performance, and reusable tooling; collaborate with engineering, AI, data science, and product teams; mentor engineers and promote observability and testing best practices.

Designs and implements automated ETL pipelines and reproducible workflows. Performs complex statistical analyses and machine learning, cleans and merges observational/medical data, builds dashboards and reports, defines data standards, and collaborates with IT to scale analytics infrastructure and automate analyses for decision-making.
