- Organize, manage, and maintain the status of CDRL items, including receiving, sending, recording activity, and reporting activity to Government staff.
- Support data calls, review CDRLs, monitor contractor compliance, and manage data item deliveries.
- Oversee, perform, and report versions and staffing for government documents.
- Provide CM/DM input to acquisition documentation (SOWs, SOOs, PWSs) for the ASE division.

- Maintain various electronic files and websites using web-based applications.
- Track and manage Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Problem Reports (PRs).
- Conduct and support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCAs/PCAs).
- Analyze and recommend data requirements and specifications.
- Design, normalize, develop, install, and implement databases.
- Maintain, monitor, tune performance, and manage database backup/recovery.
- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems software.
- Analyze and plan for changes in data capacity requirements.
- Develop and administer data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement data mining and data warehousing programs.
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and architectures
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure rigorous application of cybersecurity and information security policies, principles, and practices in delivering data management services.
- Provide technical support for the SharePoint environment, including assessment and implementation of new capabilities.
- Configure SharePoint services and settings.
- Document SharePoint configuration and architecture.
- Manage site quotas, file size limits, and content databases.
- Review and monitor usage reports.
- Administer and maintain sites, layout, structure, and content.
- Provide SharePoint user support

RequirementsEducation/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of general experience
- 3+ years working in the DoD sector
- Comprehensive Configuration Management experience within a DoD environment, including conducting hardware and software configuration audits; utilizing CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, and media labeling; producing detailed release notes and CM reports; and applying a strong understanding of configuration change control processes, CCB roles, and required change documentation.
- Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments
- Experience developing briefings for management
- Understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle
- Ability to enter and manipulate data in databases (Lifecycle Management Process, Microsoft Access, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in data management, metadata development, and knowledge management
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration, layout management, content databases, quotas, and configurations
- Understanding of software development life cycles and change control processes
- Ability to analyze data requirements and develop specifications for acquisition programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Government staff, contractors, and integrated teams
- Ability to provide user support and interface professionally with stakeholders
- Ability to organize, track, and manage multiple data products, reports, and record systems
- Capable of briefing management and supporting coordination/staffing activities
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have an active Top Secret Level Clearance and have current SCI eligibility.
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $97,000-$114,000
This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
