Lead Data Engineer/ETL role requiring 5-10 years of Informatica ETL experience. Responsibilities focus on BDM, TDM, data quality, big data, data warehousing, and star schema design. Strong verbal and written communication and a technical bachelor’s degree required. Unix experience is a plus.

Design, develop and optimize Teradata-based data warehouse solutions. Write complex SQL, UNIX and BTEQ scripts, implement DDL, indexes and load utilities (FastExport, FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPUMP, TPT). Perform query tuning, statistics management, locking handling, data modeling, and provide quick solutions for data issues in a global delivery, financial-domain environment.

Analyze business questions, build dashboards and reports, conduct impact analyses and simple deterministic models, collaborate with data engineers to augment datasets, develop documentation and low-code end-user applications, and present insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

The Data Engineer designs and maintains scalable data products, implements quality checks, and supports analytics and reporting needs, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure data reliability.

Develop and maintain applications to ingest, process, and publish content. Perform data normalization using tools like Kapow and Temis. Use ETL and NLP to structure unstructured data, extract entities with regex, research libraries and terms to improve automated structuring, and collaborate in a small self-directed team.

Design, develop, and optimize BI systems including ETL, tabular cubes, and Power BI reports. Analyze performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot system failures, and contribute to process and project planning.

Support creation, maintenance, and quality of master data across ERP and business systems. Perform data validation, cleansing, governance, integrations monitoring, reporting, documentation, project testing, and basic end-user support.

The role involves analyzing CRM and digital data to optimize omnichannel performance, creating dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Maintain and execute master data requests in SAP and related systems. Set up and maintain materials, suppliers, and master data elements. Validate data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage intake trackers, assist with mass updates and testing, and follow governance procedures.

Build The Bulwark's analytics foundation: design ingestion pipelines and a source-of-truth schema in Snowflake, implement ELT transformations, create dashboards and reporting, run cohort/LTV/churn analyses, support pricing and experimentation measurement, and partner across teams to drive subscriber growth and revenue decisions.
