Provide onsite Hyperion EPM and Essbase administration and support, manage upgrades to 11.1.2, handle support tickets during US hours, monitor services/jobs, coordinate between onshore/offshore BI, DW and IT teams, estimate project effort, deliver status reporting, and train offshore teams.

Support the Data team by building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines and data infrastructure for multi-modal medical datasets, automate data QA, optimize data delivery on cloud platforms, and provide analytics tools and secure cross-border data storage.

Analyze business domains and document processes, requirements, and data models. Gather business and technical environments, develop BRDs and technical requirements, support UAT and SDLC activities, coordinate testing and production updates, manage multiple projects, and present findings to stakeholders.

Develop, test, optimize, and document PL/SQL and T-SQL programs, ETL processes, and custom BI reports (Crystal/Cognos/Business Objects). Support data cleanup, data warehousing, query tuning, UNIX batch scripting, and produce final documentation.

Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, monitor KPIs, run stakeholder workshops, and prepare reports to improve e-learning solutions and operational efficiency for veterans.

Lead design, development, and deployment of data reporting and dashboard solutions for Client Service Training. Work with project leadership to create tables/files, run ad-hoc reports, validate results, automate scheduled reports or integrate with dashboard tools, and communicate insights using BI and statistical tools.

Own and operationalize the go-to-market data foundation: unify BigQuery pipelines (revenue, spend, funnel), reconcile analytics (Amplitude, GA4), build semantic layers and conversational BI, implement multi-touch attribution and LTV:CAC, eliminate manual reporting, and lead a small data engineering team while remaining hands-on with dbt.
