Leads business availability and disaster recovery strategy for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. Oversees high-availability configurations, backup and recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, patching, migrations, and database administration across production, test, development, and DR systems. Partners with leadership, developers, and data users to establish policies, improve reliability, and deliver resilient database solutions.

Supports portfolio governance, enterprise architecture, technology finance, and IT delivery initiatives. Helps define business problems, develop AI solution frameworks and roadmaps, gather requirements, analyze data, test and deploy tools, document changes, and support Agile delivery. Develop and maintain enterprise Finance reporting solutions using Power BI, data models, and DAX. Lead reporting initiatives supporting finance transformation, ERP modernization, GAAP reporting, and management reporting. Establish governance, data quality controls, documentation, and reporting standards. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and business stakeholders, provide technical oversight and mentorship, support audit and regulatory reporting, and advance self-service analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Own the data layer for an AWS-hosted application supporting sensitive data requests on classified systems. Responsibilities include relational and NoSQL data modeling, database security, auditability, migration from legacy systems, SQL optimization, backup and recovery, schema change control, monitoring, compliance, and documentation. The role also supports AI-assisted validation, reporting, and collaboration with application, cloud, and systems engineering teams.

Manage DTC analytics by building KPI reporting, dashboards, A/B testing analyses, and automated tools across the customer journey. Translate data into actionable recommendations, identify business and customer drivers, improve ecommerce performance measurement, and serve as a trusted thought partner to DTC, Product, Engagement, Distribution, Finance, and senior stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL skills, BI platform expertise, business judgment, storytelling, and effective communication.

Own end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, ETL, transformation, extracts, reporting, and dashboards. Lead DevOps and infrastructure for AI engineering systems, establish platform standards, and build reliable production infrastructure. Write and ship code, mentor engineers, and hire and lead a growing data and platform team. Partner with leadership to align architecture and platform investments with product, research, and business priorities.

Analyze product and underwriting data to identify trends, develop metrics, conduct ad hoc queries, and support operational dashboards. Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for leadership through data storytelling. The role requires collaboration with business teams, strong analytical problem-solving, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Python, or SQL.
