Lead Business Management & Strategic Programs analytics and operations: define executive operating cadence, build KPI frameworks and dashboards, model revenue and pipeline scenarios, drive cross-functional programs, and support EVP/VP with executive materials and decision-ready insights to scale a data-led growth strategy.

Design and build Snowflake transformation layer and migrate legacy SQL to versioned dbt models. Define conformed dimensions/facts using Kimball principles, set modeling and CI/CD standards, implement data quality/lineage, support BI migration and AI/ML readiness, and mentor future hires. Hands-on work in dbt, SQL, and Python with stakeholder collaboration and governance for financial and operational data.

Build and own the data platform backbone: design ingestion patterns, Snowflake warehouses, governance, and freshness strategy. Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes. Lead legacy migrations, create data contracts and SLAs, and apply AI-native tooling to automate debugging, documentation, and operational workflows while partnering with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors.

Support Demand Center by extracting, transforming, and analyzing marketing and CRM data. Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy, support KPI monitoring, collaborate cross-functionally, and document reporting processes to optimize marketing performance.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade data pipelines, models, and data products for Go-To-Market and revenue analytics. Build scalable ETL/streaming architectures, semantic layers, and schema governance; embed LLM-assisted workflows and AI coding tools; apply software engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and mentoring.

Design, develop, and support BI applications and dashboards. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical tasks, maintain and modernize BI systems, perform data modeling and ETL integration, triage production issues, and create technical documentation.

Lead development of KPI and measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns and activations. Build real-time tracking, dashboards, and scorecards; analyze post-campaign performance to calculate ROI and present strategic insights to leadership. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize measurement and optimization across campaign lifecycles.
