Coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, track progress, and improve implementation playbooks and tools to drive customer activation and early adoption.

Lead end-to-end automotive exterior programs from launch to steady-state, directing APQP/PDP activities, risk management, cross-functional teams, vendor selection, pre-production builds, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer and quality, safety, environmental, and security standards.

Lead and deliver complex IT projects and strategic initiatives across functions, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality. Align projects with IT/business strategy, drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption. Mentor project managers, support portfolio planning, and improve PMO processes and governance.
