The role drives change plans, communications, workflow improvements, stakeholder alignment, adoption tracking, and course correction. It partners with business transformation, process, data, IT, and functional leaders to reduce resistance, reinforce new behaviors, and ensure transformation initiatives produce measurable, sustained business impact.

Leads automotive engineering sub-projects from quotation through series development closure. Responsibilities include defining work packages, coordinating teams, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality gates, audits, customer communication, and corrective actions. The role ensures ASPICE-compliant processes, supports project reviews, monitors deviations, escalates issues, and facilitates successful transfer to serial production support.
