In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die digitale Transformation in unseren operativen und indirekten Unternehmensbereichen aktiv mit. Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale, analysierst und optimierst End-to-End-Prozesse und überführst sie in wertschöpfende digitale Lösungen. Deine Aufgaben sind:
- Geschäftsprozesse in operativen und indirekten Bereichen analysieren, modellieren und optimieren sowie Potenziale für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Standardisierung identifizieren
- Fachbereiche bei der Auswahl geeigneter digitaler Technologien beraten und Anforderungen in Prozessmodelle, User Stories und Lösungskonzepte übersetzen
- Projekte von der Idee und Business-Case-Erstellung über Planung, Implementierung und Test bis zu Rollout und Übergabe verantworten
- Implementierung digitaler Lösungen: Konzeption, Konfiguration und Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern koordinieren – inklusive Low-Code-Lösungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform
- Change-Prozesse begleiten, Dokumentationen und Trainingsunterlagen erstellen, Key User und Endanwender schulen und die Übergabe in den Betrieb sicherstellen
Wonach wir suchen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Betriebswirtschaft, Prozessmanagement oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in Digitalisierung, Geschäftsprozessmanagement, Business Analyse, Consulting, Projektmanagement oder der Implementierung digitaler Lösungen
- Gutes Verständnis operativer und administrativer Geschäftsprozesse sowie die Fähigkeit, End-to-End-Prozesse zu analysieren, zu modellieren und zu optimieren
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Proaktivität, Zuverlässigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Beratungs-, Moderations-, Präsentations- und Trainingsfähigkeiten sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projekte inklusive Steuerung von Umfang, Terminen, Risiken, Stakeholdern, Dokumentation und Projektbudget
- Gutes Verständnis digitaler Technologien, Datenmanagement, Systemintegration und Low-Code-Plattformen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Power Platform
- Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Anforderungen in funktionale und technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen und zwischen Fachbereich und IT zu vermitteln
- Veränderungs- und Transformationskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und Entscheidungen herbeizuführen
- Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld bzw. in der Produktion von Vorteil (z.B. MES, ERP/SAP, Reporting- und Datenplattformen)
- Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten Lannach, Ilz und Albersdorf
Worauf du dich freuen kannst:
Es ist uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens EUR 3.802,93. Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird abhängig vom tatsächlichen Stundenausmaß (gewünscht 25 Std./Woche) berechnet. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.

Skills Required
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in industrial engineering, business informatics, IT, business administration, process management, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in digitalization, business process management, business analysis, consulting, project management, or digital solution implementation
