Own the customer-facing support product experience, including FAQ, self-service, Help Center, Wise Assistant, and conversational automation. Develop product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, collaborate with design, research, analytics, content, and engineering teams, and use experimentation and data to improve customer support, reduce friction, and increase automation rates.

Lead Wise’s APAC payment scheme integration strategy, roadmap, and execution across markets including Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Japan. Partner with engineering, regulators, scheme operators, and regional teams to launch integrations, improve reliability and cost efficiency, monitor performance, and optimize customer outcomes. The role requires strong product leadership, analytical problem solving, technical integration knowledge, stakeholder influence, and experience delivering customer-facing fintech or payments products.

Lead the vision and delivery of Wise’s Brazil payments products, focusing on high-volume Pix flows, resilient payment infrastructure, partner integrations, and regulatory compliance. Own product strategy, technical implementation, operational controls, incident management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, compliance, regulatory, and partner teams. Drive complex initiatives in an agile fintech environment and align stakeholders without direct authority.

Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered fraud investigation automation. Lead discovery, prioritization, production rollout, evaluation, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to combine deterministic logic, machine learning, GenAI, human oversight, and operational processes into scalable, safe, compliant fraud solutions.

The Product Manager will lead the Grow Squad at Wise to create innovative solutions for automated tax reporting and compliance across various markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-friendly financial products.

Own a Business Onboarding Verification workstream (KYB) end-to-end: define problems, set roadmap and success metrics, partner cross-functionally, launch safely with guardrails, reduce manual work, improve risk decisioning and customer experience.
