Lead GTM strategy and operations for Monday CRM: run multiple transformational GTM initiatives, design scalable planning/forecasting/processes, build executive dashboards and analytics, advise GTM leadership, coordinate Sales/Marketing/CS/Product, and own program KPIs and outcomes.

Provide end-to-end internal support for Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and related business systems. Own ticket resolution, hit SLAs and CSAT targets, handle escalations, drive root-cause analysis and process improvements, maintain documentation and self-service content, and collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Billing Dev, Finance, and R&D to implement lasting fixes and support teams in-office.

Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the founders/CEOs including complex calendar management, end-to-end travel planning, event and off-site organization, acting as a point of contact, managing communications, and driving special projects. Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and integrate AI into daily workflows.

Act as strategic revenue operations partner for NAM and LATAM partner leaders: govern partner-direct sales rules of engagement, run MBRs/QBRs, manage partner forecasting and pipeline health, maintain partner dashboards and portals, and align cross-functional teams to optimize partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Lead and develop a small AMER IT Services team, manage day-to-day IT operations for the NY site, support remote/unstaffed sites, handle vendor/facilities escalations, partner with global IT, drive process improvements, and own site budget and reporting.
