Responsibilities include complex calendar management, call screening, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, expense processing, onboarding and offboarding support, professional correspondence, document maintenance, and editing presentations and spreadsheets. The role requires discretion, strong organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and five days of on-site work.

Serve as a strategic advisor supporting Product, Technology, and Strategy leaders by delivering executive-level presentations, data analysis, and reporting. Own budgeting, headcount tracking, vendor coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and platform cost allocation. Supports trade attribution, client book of record data integrity, reconciliations, exception resolution, and client reporting across investment portfolios. Performs data quality controls, investigates trade discrepancies, explains allocation and lifecycle outcomes, maintains procedures, and produces recurring and ad hoc reporting. Partners with trading, operations, technology, business management, and sales teams to remediate issues, improve processes, and support automation.

Manages end-to-end trade processing, including order entry, execution, settlement, asset and cash monitoring, and operational controls. Leads a diverse team, applies automation and data analysis to improve trading systems, identifies risks and trends, and communicates insights to senior stakeholders. Drives continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic alignment across trading services operations.

Manage grantmaking operations, budgets, payments, financial accounts, regulatory reporting, audit requests, grant documentation, and portfolio tracking for India and other markets. Coordinate cross-functional grant reviews, reporting, governance, process improvements, training, and quarterly committee activities. Advise Corporate Responsibility leaders on budgeting, controls, business planning, and grant lifecycle processes while ensuring accurate records and compliance.
