Collaborate cross-functionally to create compliant, GEO-optimized content, monitor AI platform landscape, define GEO KPIs, manage vendor pilots, educate internal teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory and privacy standards.

Lead Taiwan external communications and policy integration for Pfizer, driving media relations, reputation management, vaccine campaign strategy across MISP, team leadership, agency and budget oversight, crisis response, and regional review/approval (including Pakistan). Serve as strategic advisor to Country Manager and Taiwan leadership on policy-sensitive communications.

Creates, localizes, and manages written and visual content for Pfizer’s digital channels and global campaigns. Develops content plans, maintains brand consistency, secures promotional approvals, and adapts materials to cultural and regulatory requirements. Builds reusable GenAI prompt libraries, content templates, and image libraries while improving digital asset discoverability and reuse. Collaborates with marketers, medical teams, analytics groups, and content creators across markets to scale omnichannel best practices and accelerate creative production.

Create, localize, and edit engaging written and visual content for digital channels, ensuring brand and regulatory compliance. Develop content plans, support SEO/SEM, maintain reusable GenAI prompt libraries and templates, tag assets in the DAM, and drive adoption of GenAI and content technologies while collaborating with marketing, medical, and analytics teams.
