Lead government relations and public policy advocacy to advance co-operative/mutual models and access to innovative medicines. Develop stakeholder engagement, monitor legislation, influence policy through coalitions and cross-functional collaboration, and represent Pfizer to government, industry groups, and partners. Ensure compliance and manage projects and approvals with regulators and internal teams.

Lead commercial strategy and market opportunity evaluation for new products in China. Build KOL and government relationships, develop and implement market access plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Market Access), drive portfolio prioritization, and engage regional/global stakeholders to maximize product opportunities.

Lead integrated insights and strategy for the Obesity portfolio, partnering with commercial and CMO teams to frame business questions, drive analytics-led brand strategy, lead analysts, synthesize multi-source data (claims, sales, EHR, primary research), and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders while integrating emerging tools including AI.

Lead Taiwan external communications and policy integration for Pfizer, overseeing media relations, reputation, vaccine campaign communications across MISP cluster, crisis management, stakeholder counsel to senior leadership, team and agency management, and approval oversight for regional (Pakistan) external communications. Provide strategic direction for corporate and product communications across multiple therapeutic areas and coach direct reports and contractors.

Lead and execute strategic internal and external communications for Global Supply. Manage PR programs, digital and intranet content, colleague engagement, multimedia events, leadership social media, and measure program effectiveness while collaborating cross-functionally to protect and enhance corporate reputation.
