Design centralized pipelines, intake processes, interview rubrics, and sourcing strategies (including AI-assisted outreach). Coach hiring managers, run debriefs and evidence-based decisions, own recruiting metrics, and drive cross-functional projects to improve hiring speed, fairness, and quality.

Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone/video pre-screens, interview scheduling, and candidate database updates. Conduct market research and talent mapping, analyze employment trends, prepare recruitment reports, and assist with compensation benchmarking to support hiring of field sales roles.
