Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to produce actionable BI: process large datasets, build SQL queries, create market research reports and analytics web pages, maintain licensing statistics, and support externally facing proposals and marketing materials.

Provide operational support for enterprise analytics platforms (Databricks, Azure, SQL Server). Manage user access and governance, troubleshoot platform and data issues, document processes and data flows, enable users for self-service analytics, coordinate with engineering/infrastructure/security teams, and help optimize cloud costs and platform reliability.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations. Gather requirements, integrate and validate data from multiple systems, build KPIs and scorecards, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, produce documentation, and support ongoing BI initiatives.

Serve as product owner for enterprise ERP reporting: partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize backlog, define requirements, and deliver reporting/analytics (Power BI, SQL, Python/R) supporting Finance, HR, Payroll, Supply Chain. Lead roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, data stewardship, KPI/ROI measurement, QA/test validation, and ensure data quality, security, and actionable insights.

Design clear, engaging visuals from complex data and research. Produce charts, infographics, report visuals, factsheets and client-ready PowerPoint/Word deliverables. Advise teams on visual formats, improve document clarity and consistency, and contribute to dashboards or interactive outputs when relevant.

Manage and optimize a hybrid on-premises and Azure data platform, including SQL Server and Azure SQL. Design ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and enterprise data warehouse solutions. Partner with FP&A to deliver Power BI reporting and data models. Enforce data governance, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and monitor performance.

QA/Business Analyst responsible for developing and executing automated and manual tests, validating ETL/data pipelines and integrations, querying complex relational databases, using AI tools for anomaly detection and test generation, leading requirements gathering and maintaining traceability, documenting defects and data quality findings, and escalating critical issues to leadership.

Lead BI liaison between business and IT to define reporting requirements, map ERP (Oracle EBS) data to OBIEE/BI Apps, design and test dashboards/reports, resolve data inconsistencies, train users, and mentor junior team members. Support ad-hoc reporting, create specifications and test plans, and extend BI Apps functionality to meet global reporting needs.

Contractor to support Oracle OBIEE and Informatica development for a data warehouse implementation. Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL development, RPD modeling, OBIEE architecture and feature implementation, SQL development, and debugging/troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau), analyze operational and supply chain data to support SIOP planning and forecasting, validate and reconcile data, translate insights for leadership, identify program risks, support scenario analysis, partner with IT and stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting governance.

Provide administrative, clerical, and technical support to process fisheries data (logbooks, fish tickets, biological samples). Perform data entry, QA/QC, data uploads to PacFIN, maintain procedures, track samples, reconcile discrepancies, and respond to data requests to support fisheries assessment and management.
