Support revenue alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success by building and maintaining dashboards and reports, analyzing pipeline and performance data, managing Salesforce operations and data hygiene, assisting forecasting and KPI tracking, documenting processes, and delivering ad hoc analyses to improve tools, workflows, and data quality. Role is remote with up to 20% travel.

Lead BI engineering and enablement to create governed, AI-ready analytics foundations: shared metrics, semantic/knowledge layers, metadata and lineage, BI tooling administration, and adoption. Partner with Data Engineering, Governance, Applied AI, platform teams and vendor partners (Tableau, GCP) to ensure consistent, explainable business definitions, drive adoption, reduce metric drift, and develop BI talent and enablement across the enterprise.

Support delivery and continuous improvement of marketing technology and customer data capabilities. Monitor integrations and data flows across CRM, AEP, eCommerce, POS, and OMS; execute QA/UAT and end-to-end testing; perform data validation and analysis; document functional requirements and processes; provide L2 support and coordinate cross-team issue resolution to ensure reliable customer experiences and system performance.

Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models to support decision-making and solve complex problems, leading a team or contributing as an individual.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows. Integrate SaaS and operational systems via APIs, transform JSON/XML to structured datasets, optimize SQL, implement data quality checks, and contribute to cloud-based data infrastructure using Python, Airflow, and cloud data services.

Paid fall internship supporting the Data Team: build and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze sales/marketing/title performance, clean and document data, support ad hoc analyses and cross-department collaboration, and provide general administrative support.

Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, design, validate, and deliver governed data products and AI-enabled data agents. Translate business needs into technical requirements, perform data exploration and validation with SQL/Python, build reports/dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), resolve data quality issues, document data lineage and mappings, and support data governance and testing across enterprise data platforms.

Deliver marketing audience targeting and analytics: source and clean data, write complex SQL, manage and troubleshoot ETL, build tests and measurement frameworks, visualize insights (Excel/Tableau/Power BI), present findings to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize paid and owned channel performance.

Validate and test dashboards, reports, and data integrations to ensure accurate marketing KPIs and calculations. Reconcile metrics with source systems, document defects, perform regression and UAT testing, and collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and account teams to improve reporting quality and processes.

Partner with clients to deliver industry and consumer insights using NIQ tools and data. Analyze multiple data sources, visualize findings, present actionable recommendations, coach junior staff, drive customer satisfaction and identify revenue opportunities while following NIQ service and presentation standards.
