Develop, maintain, and administer enterprise BI reports and data services. Provide 2nd-tier support, troubleshoot incidents, design data pipelines, create visualizations, enforce governance, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Design, build, and maintain executive-level BI dashboards and visualizations for program and business metrics. Lead data and comparative analyses, implement data streams and analytics workflows, design and document BI systems, and maintain the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.
