Supports AWS infrastructure, governance, security, monitoring, testing, deployments, incident response, and production stability. Collaborates with product, project management, QA, DevOps, and external partners to deliver reliable data solutions for analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Own the company’s shared data and reporting foundation by integrating CRM, finance, billing, operational, product, and support data. Build trusted pipelines, metric definitions, dashboards, revenue and usage analyses, customer health reporting, executive reporting, and AI-powered agents and automation. Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to improve data quality, self-service analytics, anomaly detection, and business decision-making.

Delivers management information and reporting for the Retail Annuities team. Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, combining data sources, building datasets, transforming data, producing analysis for pricing and operational decisions, improving reporting processes and data quality, and translating stakeholder requirements into data solutions. The role supports business-as-usual reporting and projects while communicating with stakeholders across teams.

Lead enterprise business strategy, portfolio analytics, operational reporting, and decision-support across Sales, Originations, Servicing, and Dealer Services. Drive analytics strategies to improve profitability and mitigate risk, oversee reporting and data architecture, partner with executives on business initiatives, and lead and mentor analytics teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and communicating insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Partner with product to define success metrics, build and maintain dashboards, analyze product usage and revenue, improve AI self-service in Omni/Amplitude, deliver ad hoc analyses, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Owns end-to-end data engineering on Microsoft Fabric, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion pipelines, event-driven ingestion, CDC, schema evolution, data quality, orchestration, and production observability. Manages Azure DevOps CI/CD and environment promotion, integrates data feeds with Pecan AI models, and supports Power BI semantic models and governance. Requires advanced SQL, Python, PySpark, Delta Lake, Azure, KQL, Power BI, Git, and data engineering experience.

Supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for rural development programs. Responsibilities include producing impact reports, supporting data collection and MEL framework training, identifying analytical tools, researching grant proposals, developing health and climate initiatives, and assisting with publications. The role works with quantitative and qualitative databases under the Director of MEL and requires strong writing, organization, research, collaboration, and independent remote-working skills.
