Lead data governance and operations to drive business transformation. Define and execute data governance strategy, improve master data for ERP and supply chain, and oversee data quality, security, and privacy. Serve as liaison between business and IT, manage budget and team development, and report progress to senior leadership.

Build and maintain NitroAI's data engineering infrastructure: own and scale the Airflow codebase, design and productionize pipelines, onboard new data sources, operate large-scale Spark pipelines on AWS Glue and support migration to Databricks, improve commercial pharma data models and lineage, and maintain internal Python packages while mentoring analytics teams.

Lead data analysis and modeling to inform business decisions. Develop dashboards, financial and statistical models, automate reporting, validate and clean data, and collaborate with stakeholders including Legal and Compliance to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Lead design and execution of the internal analytics stack: scale the data warehouse, build dbt ETL pipelines, model data for cross-functional reporting, create dashboards and forecasts, implement data quality checks, and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to define KPIs and automate analytics workflows.

Lead development of compliance dashboards, automated reports, and integrations between trade compliance systems and ERPs. Translate regulatory data into visuals, manage integration and implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as subject-matter expert to drive compliance improvements and automation.

Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, standards, integration, and governance for the judiciary. Assess current data landscape, recommend cloud migration and API strategies, implement data warehouses/lakes, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and support analytics, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead development of scalable data platform and products: design and implement batch and streaming pipelines on GCP, enable new GCP services, build AI/ML-ready pipelines, mentor junior engineers, set engineering standards, and explore AI agents for automation and data quality.
