Entry-level GIS Technician responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining spatial data and maps, supporting field data collection, performing geospatial analysis, importing/converting multiple data formats, and providing GIS support to planning, engineering, design, and construction teams under senior staff supervision.

Build, validate, and submit funder and district reports; produce and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses to inform program and operational decisions; partner with program, compliance, and data teams to ensure data quality and reproducible, audit-ready reporting while complying with FERPA and student data privacy requirements.

Design and govern the enterprise data ecosystem: establish enterprise data models, define storage standards (lakes, warehouses, databases), design ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines, and embed data governance, quality, and protection to make data findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR) to enable analytics and AI/ML at scale.

The Business Analyst supports the administration cluster by monitoring performance, managing data analytics, and generating executive reports while collaborating with staff across the organization.

Build and maintain end-to-end revenue forecasting workflows, dashboards, core tables, and ETL pipelines. Automate recurring reporting and deploy AI-powered self-service tools with oversight. Implement monitoring, anomaly detection, access controls, and versioned change management, and organize business knowledge and metric definitions to enable reliable AI-driven analytics across teams.

Build and operate Databricks-based lakehouse pipelines (medallion/Data Vault 2.0), resolve identity across systems, enable near-real-time CDC, integrate external partners, add observability, and partner with AI/product teams to deliver trustworthy data for BI, ML, and in-product features.

Build and deliver analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence to support commercial decision-making across the Americas. Partner with cross-functional teams to target customers, optimize launches, apply predictive analytics and AI-driven insights, and create presentations, scorecards, and measurement frameworks that translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.

Provide catastrophe risk assessments to underwriters by reviewing, cleansing, and augmenting exposure data; run catastrophe models and analytical tools to identify risk drivers and mitigation. Build and improve automation and tooling (data flows, integrations), develop and maintain code, present insights, and support evaluation of new CAT market opportunities and technologies.

Lead supply-and-demand forecasting for the psychiatry service line: build and maintain S&D models, integrate models into core data infrastructure, define operational metrics (capacity, clinician utilization, hiring targets), run forecast vs. actual audits, and partner cross-functionally to guide hiring, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Manage and administer SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL platforms. Handle backups, archiving, security, performance tuning, ETL/SSIS and cloud data pipelines, and support reporting, DevOps, and application teams. Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and drive automation and optimization across dev/staging/production environments.
