Own and grow a mid-market book in Italy: generate leads, upsell/cross-sell, onboard customers, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, negotiate enterprise upgrades, run QBRs, support account-based marketing, and engage customers via phone, email, video and on-site meetings.

Lead a sales team to achieve goals while coaching members, managing KPIs, and developing strategic sales processes. Foster team growth and alignment across the organization.
