Supports Ericsson’s Networks Domain Services Sales Support team with RFx responses, tenders, proposals, customer consultations, service scoping, commercial analysis, pricing support, and business case development. The intern analyzes customer requirements, network deployment offerings, costs, risks, timelines, and competitive information while collaborating with sales, delivery, architecture, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams. The role also creates presentations, statements of work, service descriptions, and other customer-facing proposal materials.

Supports Ericsson’s Networks Product Sales Support team by analyzing customer requirements, mapping them to cellular and RAN solutions, and preparing RFx responses, proposals, presentations, technical content, configurations, and bills of materials. The intern researches technologies and competitive offerings, collaborates with sales, engineering, and product teams, supports trials and demonstrations, documents decisions, and helps develop customer-facing network solution materials.

Manage Ericsson’s relationship with a leading Costa Rican telecom operator, executing account strategy, developing executive relationships, and leading complex sales engagements from qualification through closure. Drive profitable growth through recurring business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Manage pipeline, forecasts, revenue, profitability, cash flow, risk, and business cases while coordinating cross-functional teams. The role requires strong commercial, consultative selling, negotiation, stakeholder management, and Spanish-English communication skills.

Sell and position Ericsson's Business and Operational Support (BSS/OSS) solutions to tier-1 operators. Identify customer needs, generate opportunities via consultative engagement, deliver product/solution presentations and demos, collaborate with internal teams (KAM, marketing, technical support), develop business plans and initiatives, and provide thought leadership on cloud, virtualization, analytics and mobile evolution.

Lead Business & Operations Systems (BOS) business development across Americas, driving market and portfolio strategy, go-to-market initiatives, executive customer engagement, large-scale deal and presales leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate revenue growth and market presence for BOS offerings.
