The Sales Development Representative will identify, qualify, and develop new leads in the pharma and biotech industries and assist the sales team in meeting quarterly and annual goals.

Develop and manage a portfolio of materials science accounts across Europe: build pipeline, present demonstrations, manage key accounts, produce revenue forecasts, monitor market dynamics, and travel to customers as needed.

Lead global strategy for Schrodinger's small-molecule modeling software portfolio, drive adoption across pharma/biotech R&D, manage executive stakeholder relationships, own renewals and expansions, coordinate internal teams to demonstrate ROI, and provide customer feedback to Product and Executive leadership.
