Manage and grow channel partner relationships across the UK&I and France/Benelux regions. Build new reseller partnerships, generate pipeline, develop joint go-to-market strategies, support partner sales and deal closure, resolve deal registration conflicts, ensure program compliance, and conduct executive business reviews. The role requires advanced English and French fluency, EMEA channel experience, and a track record of building revenue-generating partnerships for SaaS or security infrastructure products.

Manage the global commissions lifecycle, including incentive plan design, payout calculations, exception resolution, deal attribution, statement delivery, and plan effectiveness analysis. Implement and drive adoption of commission management tools, configure data pipelines, create validation and performance dashboards, and deploy AI-driven anomaly detection and Q&A solutions. Partner with sales and executive leadership to align incentive plans with revenue objectives and improve automation, transparency, and accuracy.

Lead OEM and strategic ISV partnerships end-to-end: build relationships, manage technical onboarding and integrations, drive joint GTM, co-marketing, sales enablement, pipeline generation, and cross-functional execution while tracking program performance and operational health.
